Guido M. Cipelli

Prior to joining DCG, Mr. Cipelli worked at Morgan Stanley in London where he was a senior Vice President and a core member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. In this capacity he was involved in a large number of landmark transactions including cross border mergers, joint-ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, privatizations, and restructuring assignments. Previously, Mr. Cipelli worked within the Merchant Banking Department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he focused on European private equity investments and restructurings. Early in his career, Mr. Cipelli was a financial analyst at ING Barings. Mr. Cipelli graduated with honours from Bocconi University (Milan) with a Master's Degree in Economics and received his MBA with distinction from the Wharton School. Mr. Cipelli is a visiting lecturer in the Advanced Corporate Finance course at both the Wharton School and INSEAD and has achieved membership of I.S.P.E. and MENSA (High IQ organizations).

Professor N. Bulent Gultekin

Professor Gultekin is Associate Professor of Finance at the Wharton School and Visiting Professor of Finance at INSEAD. Professor Gultekin is the former Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. In the past, he served as Director General for Research and Planning at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, Chief Advisor to Prime Minister Turgut Ozal and Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sumerbank Holding A.S., an industrial and banking conglomerate with over 35,000 employees, and Chief Advisor to the Minister of Privatization in Poland. In this capacity, he designed the first Privatization Program of the Polish government. He served as a senior advisor to the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Professor Gultekin advised the United Nations, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the International Finance Corporation, and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. He received his BSc. from Robert College and a Ph.D. in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School.

Robert H. Lessin

Mr. Lessin began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he became the youngest-ever partner in 1987, Vice-Chairman of the Investment Banking Operation Committee, Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, and Chairman of the Firm's Strategy Committee. Mr. Lessin left Morgan Stanley in mid-1993 to become Vice-Chairman, Member of the Executive Committee, and Head of Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Lessin later ceded his responsibility as Head of Investment Banking so that he could devote more time to venture investing. In the spring of 1998, Mr. Lessin became Chairman of SoundView Technology Corp., one of the leading investment banking firms for the offering and trading of securities over the internet and on-line capital raising. In the Fall of 2002, Mr. Lessin became Vice-Chairman of Jefferies & Company, a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on the middle market. Mr. Lessin graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in Applied Physics and Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Orhan S. Osmansoy

Prior to joining DCG, Mr. Osmansoy was a Senior Investment Officer at Whitney & Co. (formerly J.H. Whitney & Co.), a leading US private equity firm, where he focused on late-stage venture capital investments and leveraged buyouts in Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Osmansoy was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he worked in both the equity derivatives and corporate finance groups. In this capacity, he structured and placed a number of equity-linked derivative products and worked on various financial buyer transactions including reverse LBOs/IPOs and high yield debt offerings. Mr. Osmansoy also worked at Mosdev International, a consortium among Brown & Root Civil, Kenzo Tange Associates, and the Russian Academy of Sciences where he was responsible for privatization and investment activities. Mr. Osmansoy graduated from the University of Virginia with a BSc. in Systems Engineering and received his MBA from the Wharton School.
