Richard Green

Mr. Green has over 20 years of Board-level experience in general and financial management and significant experience in strategic planning, acquisitions and disposals. He is the Chairman of the largest European subsidiary of Itochu Europe plc, one of Japan 's largest trading companies, and is a non-executive director of Chelsea Building Society. Formerly, Mr. Green was the Chairman of Breguet Watches SA, an Investcorp Group portfolio company, and CFO of Dunhill Holdings plc, a luxury consumer product company and owners of Mont Blanc, Chloe, Karl Lagerfeld, and Hackett (taken over by Cartier to form Vendome Luxury Group plc). He is also a former partner at Ernst & Young UK and a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers France. Mr. Green earned his BSc. from City of Westminster College.

Philippe H. Santini

Mr. Santini is Chairman and CEO of Aprovia, a leading editor of professional press in Europe jointly owned by Cinven, The Carlyle Group, and Apax Partners. He is the former President of Dynaction, a holding company for private investments. Mr. Santini was Chairman and CEO of a number of leading media and advertising companies in Europe including Avenir Havas, Canal Plus, and United Communications. Mr. Santini's education includes a PMD from the Harvard Business School, an MA in French literature from the University of Paris, and a BA from Ecole de Sciences Politique de Paris. Mr. Santini is a member of “Le Siecle”, an organization for leading business, politics, art, and science personalities in France and a recipient of the “Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Merite” special honor.

Anthony St. John, Lord St. John of Bletso

Since 1989, Lord St. John has been non-executive Chairman of Estate and General, the holding company of OCRA Limited, one of the world's leading independent corporate and trust service providers. Lord St. John has served as a consultant to Globix Corporation, Vice President of Business Development in the UK, and director. He has also served as a consultant to Merrill Lynch and is a Registered Representative of the London Stock Exchange. Since 1978, Lord St. John has served as a sitting member of the House of Lords of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and an Extra Lord-in-Waiting to Her Majesty the Queen. He is a member of The House of Lords' European Union Sub-Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs, Trade and External Relations. Lord St. John is Chairman of the Governing Board of Certification International, providers of ISO 9000 quality management certification. He has also been appointed Chairman of the Trustees of Citizens Online, a non-profit organization promoting universal access to the Internet in the UK. Lord St. John received his BA and BSc. degrees from Cape Town University, his bachelors of law from the University of South Africa, and his masters of law from the London School of Economics. He qualified as a practicing solicitor in 1981.

Gabriel Q. Razzetta

Mr. Razzetta began his career as a stockbroker operating on the Swiss and Italian exchanges. He is a recognized expert in international tax planning and offshore banking and has worked as a senior consultant to various international corporations, private foundations, governments, and supra-national organizations. Mr. Razzetta is also the co-founder of the Shields Group of Companies, an international consultancy with offices in the UK, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and Grand Cayman .

Giovanni Govi

Mr. Govi is Managing Partner of Theorema Asset Management, a long/short hedge fund focusing on European equities. Formerly, Mr. Govi was a Managing Partner at Gabelli European Partners. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. in London where he served as equity research analyst in the European Financials team and coordinator of the Global Insurance team. Mr. Govi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the London Society of Investment Professionals. He received his Laurea Business Economics (magna cum laude) from Turin University and his MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Columbia University, New York.
