He is the former President of Dynaction, a holding company for private investments. Mr. Santini was Chairman and CEO of a number of leading media and advertising companies in Europe including Avenir Havas, Canal Plus, and United Communications. Mr. Santini's education includes a PMD from the Harvard Business School, an MA in French literature from the University of Paris, and a BA from Ecole de Sciences Politique de Paris. Mr. Santini is a member of “Le Siecle”, an organization for leading business, politics, art, and science personalities in France and a recipient of the “Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Merite” special honor. Lord St. John has served as a consultant to Globix Corporation, Vice President of Business Development in the UK, and director. He has also served as a consultant to Merrill Lynch and is a Registered Representative of the London Stock Exchange. Since 1978, Lord St. John has served as a sitting member of the House of Lords of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and an Extra Lord-in-Waiting to Her Majesty the Queen. He is a member of The House of Lords' European Union Sub-Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs, Trade and External Relations. Lord St. John is Chairman of the Governing Board of Certification International, providers of ISO 9000 quality management certification. He has also been appointed Chairman of the Trustees of Citizens Online, a non-profit organization promoting universal access to the Internet in the UK. Giovanni GoviMr. Govi is Managing Partner of Theorema Asset Management, a long/short hedge fund focusing on European equities. Formerly, Mr. Govi was a Managing Partner at Gabelli European Partners. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. in London where he served as equity research analyst in the European Financials team and coordinator of the Global Insurance team.
